In this unhitched weighted barre class, expect to get your heart rate up while blending ballet basics and well known strength moves for a full body workout. Classes are set to a great playlist and routines are practiced by students for 8 weeks before implementing new choreography. This allows students to build confidence and strength in the routine before diving into fresh moves. Class is done barefoot, please bring a yoga mat. All other equipment is provided. NO dance experience needed! Drop in anytime!

Yoga Sculpt Elevate your yoga practice with Yoga Sculpt, a dynamic class that blends traditional yoga poses with light hand weights to add resistance and amplify your workout. This invigorating session strengthens and tones your muscles while enhancing flexibility and balance. Gentle Stretch and Hold is a class where poses are held for several minutes, allowing you to fully relax and find support in each posture. During this time, you’ll focus on your breath and use mindful awareness to stay present throughout the practice. This session offers a meditative experience, incorporating elements of gratitude, self-reflection, and self-love to nurture both body and mind.

Experience the harmony of a Chakra Balancing Meditation.
This practice combines gentle yoga poses designed to activate and flow energy through your seven chakras, followed by a guided meditation. You'll also learn about the seven chakras through an informative and soothing description, deepening your understanding of energy alignment.

Stream of Consciousness Journaling
Tap into your thoughts. Uncover your truth.
This reflective class begins with a short, guided meditation to ground your body and calm the mind. From that centered space, we move into free-flow writing—also known as stream of consciousness journaling.
There’s no right or wrong way to do it. Just a pen, paper, and permission to let your thoughts flow without judgment.
This practice helps:
Clear mental clutter
Improve emotional awareness
Reconnect with your inner voice
Reduce anxiety through expression
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.
Bring a journal or notebook you love. All are welcome—no writing experience needed.

Here’s what we’ve got lined up:
•A dynamic Pilates flow to tone and soften. All in a space full of positive vibes. Led by Hunter 
•	After the sweat sesh, it’s time to Sip + Socialize with What’s Poppin’s signature Dirty Soda creations: Soda /Pop drinks mixed with flavored syrups & a splash of cream, think dessert in a cup, so good! 
•	The lounge will be set up comfy & cozy: catch up with friends, meet new faces, snap a story at the selfie mirror, play games & check out merch tables.
