Flow & Fold (Yin–Yang Yoga)

This all-levels class blends gentle, mindful movement with longer-held, deeply nourishing poses to create the perfect balance of effort and ease. We begin with approximately 25 minutes of slow, full-body flow to warm the muscles, lubricate the joints, and gently move stagnant energy through the body. From there, we transition into deeper Yin-style holds, allowing time and breath to soften the connective tissues, calm the nervous system, and invite release. This practice offers options for those wanting to explore skills such as splits and deep hip openers, while also supporting a more subtle, restorative approach focused on easing tension in the hamstrings, low back, shoulders, and neck. Whether you’re seeking a deep stretch, increased mobility, or a grounding practice to reset your body and mind, this class meets you exactly where you are—leaving you feeling open, balanced, and deeply restored.
