In this guided meditation class, each participant is supported with their own candle as a visual anchor. Through gentle breathwork and sustained gazing, the nervous system settles and awareness deepens. As the external flame softens the mental noise, attention naturally turns inward. The practice then flows into a stream-of-consciousness journaling experience, allowing insight, truth, and intuition to move freely onto the page—without overthinking or judgment.
