Gentle Stretch and Hold is a class where poses are held for several minutes, allowing you to fully relax and find support in each posture. During this time, you’ll focus on your breath and use mindful awareness to stay present throughout the practice. This session offers a meditative experience, incorporating elements of gratitude, self-reflection, and self-love to nurture both body and mind.
