
In this unhitched weighted barre class, expect to get your heart rate up while blending ballet basics and well known strength moves for a full body workout. Classes are set to a great playlist and routines are practiced by students for 8 weeks before implementing new choreography. This allows students to build confidence and strength in the routine before diving into fresh moves. Class is done barefoot, please bring a yoga mat. All other equipment is provided. NO dance experience needed! Drop in anytime!
