Foundational Flow:

Leisurely, supportive, and all levels-friendly. This class is designed for those taking their first steps into yoga, as well as experienced practitioners looking to deepen their work.

Rooted in Hatha methodologies, we’ll spend more time in each pose compared to a faster-moving flow. With a number of cues, variations, and directions to play with, we’ll bring awareness to the uniqueness and subtleties of each pose and how you land on the mat in presence.

This class contributes new and old teachings into your yoga practice to build solid foundations and embodied movement.
